By accessing portalcorner.click or engaging Portalcorner for guest app analytics services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request an engagement.

Services described

This website describes professional review, reporting, readiness, and workshop services related to app analytics for hospitality guest apps. Descriptions are informational. Binding scope, fees, and timelines appear only in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.

No checkout or payment processing

The site does not process payments. Invoices and payment instructions are issued separately. Informational rates on the Rates page are not offers until confirmed in writing.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and design, belongs to Portalcorner or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission. Findings briefs delivered under an engagement belong to the client for internal use; Portalcorner retains the right to reuse anonymised methods and non-identifying examples.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate property information, lawful access to analytics exports, and appropriate staff contacts. Clients remain responsible for decisions made after receiving findings, including changes to operations or vendor configurations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Portalcorner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from operational decisions made after an engagement. Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Warranties

The site is provided “as is.” Engagements are professional services, not software warranties. We do not guarantee specific occupancy, revenue, or adoption outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
