Starting fees for guest app analytics engagements — reviews, reporting, readiness checks, and workshops.
Fees reflect property complexity, number of journeys in scope, and whether observation happens on site. Figures below are starting points in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude travel outside Penang when overnight stays are required.

What changes the fee
Additional outlets with separate app flows, dual-language briefings, compressed timelines before a brand inspection, or travel beyond day-trip distance from George Town. We state travel and lodging assumptions in the proposal before work begins.
What we do not sell
Subscription software seats, payment processing, or “credits” that expire. Pricing here is informational; engagements are confirmed by written proposal and invoice, not by checkout on this site.
